The Mission
The #MR360Strategy is a mentorship program personally led by Carlos Urbina, our founder and CEO. The mission is to connect all program participants with the intention of creating a community that thrives on the experiences of its members.
Once you join the program, you will start making smarter decisions in the business world. You will enter a cycle of continuous training in various areas such as coaching, leadership, marketing, management, and others.
To Belong
To join our program, you will need to qualify through a selection process that aims to filter the different types of profiles associated with the sectors in which they operate.
Every month, you will be able to enjoy private coaching sessions, and throughout the year, more than 15 academic and social activities will be published on the effective calendar.
On the first Monday of each month, there will be a breakfast with peers, aimed at strengthening quality relationships.
