For EntradasElite.com, we developed a platform dedicated to selling tickets for the Binomio de Oro de América tour, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust event management system.
Our approach focused on creating a digital experience that not only facilitated ticket purchases but also strengthened EntradasElite.com‘s identity as a leading organizer of high-profile events.
To achieve this, we began the process with a detailed design in Figma, where we developed prototypes of low, medium, and high fidelity. This methodology allowed us to progress in an organized and efficient manner, starting with basic low-fidelity sketches to define the platform’s overall structure. At this stage, we concentrated on information hierarchy and intuitive navigation flow.
We then moved on to medium-fidelity prototypes, adding more detail in terms of components and functionalities while maintaining a clear focus on usability and efficiency in the ticket purchasing process. Finally, we worked on high-fidelity prototypes, applying final design styles such as color palette, typography, and animations, achieving a visually accurate representation of the platform before proceeding to implementation.
Once the design phase in Figma was completed, we utilized WordPress as the CMS due to its flexibility and scalability, allowing us to customize every aspect of the site to meet the specific needs of this highly anticipated event. To complement this, we integrated Elementor, a powerful tool that allowed us to:
- Translate our high-fidelity prototypes into functional and visually appealing web pages.
- Create custom headers and footers.
- Implement interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience.
Regarding the ticketing system, we implemented an advanced solution that offered several key functionalities. The online ticket purchasing process was designed to be fast and secure, optimized for mobile devices to ensure a smooth user experience. We included an interactive seat selection feature, enabling users to choose their preferred locations intuitively. Additionally, unique QR codes were generated for each ticket, streamlining event access control, and automated confirmation emails were configured with purchase details and digital tickets attached.
To ensure data protection and platform stability during traffic peaks, we integrated Wordfence, a robust security system that protects against cyber threats and brute force attacks. This system also allows real-time traffic monitoring, detecting suspicious activities, and performing malware scans to secure the digital environment against potential vulnerabilities.
We also optimized the site’s performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth navigation, maximizing user retention and sales conversions. This optimization not only enhances the user experience but also contributes to the overall success of the platform.
