Inmueblar is an emerging platform designed to facilitate the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties.
Our team had the privilege of working on the creation of their corporate identity, aiming to reflect the modernity and trust that the platform offers to its users.
The logo of Inmueblar is one of the central elements of this identity. The design includes a stylized structure of a house roof, integrating a window symbolizing clarity and transparency in real estate transactions. We used clean lines and modern colors, projecting a professional and accessible image. The blue tones were selected to convey trust and professionalism, while the dark gray adds seriousness and stability.
The typography chosen for Inmueblar is modern and sans-serif, ensuring excellent readability and a contemporary appearance. The thickness of the letters is carefully balanced to maintain a sense of robustness without losing elegance, contributing to a cohesive and solid brand image.
To ensure the visual coherence of the brand, we developed various applications of the corporate identity. We designed business cards, letterheads, and envelopes that maintain uniformity with the logo and corporate colors. Additionally, we created templates for social media, advertising banners, and graphic elements for the Inmueblar website, ensuring an attractive and consistent online presence. We also produced printed advertisements and informational brochures that highlight the key features and benefits of the platform.
To ensure consistency in the use of the brand, we developed a detailed corporate identity manual. This document specifies the correct use of the logo, typography, color palette, and other graphic elements, ensuring that the brand maintains a uniform presentation across all media and communication materials.
The result of this work has been a corporate identity that perfectly reflects Inmueblar’s values of trust, modernity, and accessibility. The new identity has been well received by users, contributing to positive brand recognition and continuous growth of the platform.
