Through the next start of operations within the European territory of Mr Urbina through its Brand: BRAND PROCESS DESIGN (BPD) . Pablo Peroni’s objective is to make the organization work through a high-impact strategy where the organization is forced to expand and integrate human capital to carry out these ambitious tasks, such as customer service in English and French, as well as the empowerment of spaces that will be exclusively dedicated to answering and processing each request that is captured within the old continent.
We were able to talk to Pablo about this ambitious challenge he is facing so far, and this is how he answered the following questions.
How does a man of numbers and statistics feel in the world of marketing?
I think that they are not distant worlds, in fact, to draw up efficient strategies at the marketing level, it is necessary to have real statistics , I love numbers and they are a passionate interpreter of the metrics, this quality makes it possible to contribute to the processes where we need to analyze deep aspects that are hidden by the naked eye but that we can identify through analytical techniques that I have been able to develop over time.
Why did you select Brussels to start operations on European territory?
Brussels is the capital of Europe, it is a small city with little more than 1 million inhabitants in a country like Belgium that have just over 11 million, I lived 8 years in that country while my mother was serving diplomatic functions and the truth is that I got enchanted with everything, the culture, the country but beyond that, the way in which trade moves, the latter being the spearhead that made us guide strategies towards that place.
How qualified is the staff that will you be in Europe?
This is an excellent question, the selection process was directed by me, managing to put together a small but capable team, with the intention of processing with an excellent command of the English and French language all the requests that come to us.
Those who know me know that I am very demanding on the subject of languages, since I taught English and French since I was a child, which made my levels in both languages native.
Are you planning to go to more countries?
Sure! Brussels is the only one in a giant campaign with which we will be able to move throughout the European territory providing our products and services.
We plan to develop something extremely interesting in my homeland (Ukraine), since it has interesting places for the world such as Odessa and other areas of interests located more to the north west of the country. At Mr Urbina we are extremely committed to everything great, we know that we have the necessary capabilities to conquer with our own label not only the European market but many other countries of interest such as Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Finland, South Africa, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil.
